How to apply

Applications are completed online at bobatea.ca/apps/wpdapp.

  1. Complete the application

    Add your contact details, your business details and a copy of your business licence.

  2. Get your wholesale account

    Once your account is approved, your wholesale pricing is active.

  3. Log in with the same email you applied with

    Your wholesale prices show when you are logged in with that email. Guests see regular prices.

Why can I not see my wholesale prices?

Wholesale prices show when you are logged in with the email you applied with. If you browse or check out as a guest, you see regular prices. If your email was already registered, write to info@bobatea.ca from that email with your business licence attached and we will help you out.

Do you deliver to homes?

Yes. We deliver to homes and businesses across Canada. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Can I pick up an order at the warehouse?

Yes. Anyone can pick up an order by arrangement. Contact us at (587) 579-7797 or info@bobatea.ca to set a time. The warehouse is at 2221 41 Ave NE #13, Calgary, AB T2E 9E1.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping destination.

What if a package arrives damaged or is lost?

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The customer covers return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Email info@bobatea.ca to request a return authorization.
